VeganMOFO brought back my cooking and baking mojo, which long ago dwindled to apathy and convenience.  It might be too soon to say this, maybe I'll be back to nightly take-out next week, but if this weekend is any indication, it's blue skies ahead.

It's Thursday morning as I write this, and I have no idea what I'm going to eat today.  We started the week in abundance.  On Sunday, I made three huge lunches out of quinoa and a variety of leftovers that we took to work this week while my man made Veganomicon's Jumbalaya, which has been our dinner every night but Tuesday night.

Some Muppet memorabilia decorate my office, and when people notice, I
explain that my admiration is for Jim Henson, the creator of The Muppets, for
